Shipping Method

麻煩請大家都先細閱出貨細則，以免引起任何爭議

1. 出貨注意事項：
- 訂單滿$299會包Alfred locker／自提點（如寫明包alfred一律已豁免郵費）

- 不滿$299可以選alfred智能櫃（運費$30）或順豐到付
- 預計貨期只供參考，有機會因天氣或其他因素延遲 **心急客人下單前請三思**
- 如貨物缺貨，客人可選擇退款或改購其他貨品
- 貨品如在運送途中有輕微損壞，不影響使用則不接受更換 **完美主義者下單前請考慮清楚**
- 寄出後，客人有責任取件，如通知及提醒後都沒有取件，有任何問題我們恕不負責 **物流風險買家自負**
- 退件再寄出，需要從新再付郵費，如是免運費貨品會收取$28出倉費。

2. 出貨流程：
- 確認收款後，現貨會3-5個工作天內出貨。
- 出貨後，會收到email提示。

3. 收到瑕疵品怎麼處理：
- 麻煩出貨後請盡快打開檢查，如有問題要在收貨後三天內告知 **過時太久將不獲處理**
- 如果是輕微損壞（如書角微彎），不影響使用則不接受更換
- 如果是嚴重影響（如發聲書不能發聲），則可以更換，麻煩請先將瑕疵品自行退回我們的倉庫以作更換，我們會再寄出更換的代替品

  2. HK$30 will be charged for Alfred Delivery purchase amount belowHK$299 as shipping fee except Labour Charge*. (regardless of the weightand quantity, it is calculated on each order, shipping fee is $30 per anyorder)

  3.  The above shipping cost does not apply to SF Express** (e.g. ship to SF Station, SF Locker). For more info, please visit, http://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/dynamic_function/price/    

  4.  If customers prefer to use SF Express for personal reasons, we can only arrange "SF Freight Collect" which means the customer will pay the shipping costdirectly to SF Express upon delivery.

  5.  Shipping fee will be shown when checkingout.

  6.  Usually it will take 2-3 working days for delivery.

  7.  The courier will phone to make appointment before delivery to residential address. Extra charge to the customer will be incurred if fail to collect the parcel during the agreed time(e.g. nobody is at home). The courier will not phone if it's a commercial address.
